Tony Cintron Product Conciege was very helpful in reviewing the cars options and how they operate. I had to return to the dealership the next day as I wasn’t able to bring up Apple Play. Tony was right there to help me and corrected the problem within a few minutes, then made sure I understood how to make the correction myself if it happened again. Customer Service at its finest!! At the time they did not have what I was looking for and I was leaving t I couldn't be happier with the 2018 Mercedes and I owe it to Wally Abdulla. At the time they did not have what I was looking for and I was leaving the dealership that’s when Wally approached me by the exit door and ask me if I found what I was looking for. I explained to him that I’m looking for specific car for my wife’s birthday and after a short conversation Wally made it happen and found me a car at the other Mercedes dealership 30 miles away , he made a deal with them and even went and bring it over and yes it was the exact car and the exact price that I was looking for.
