Pleasantly Surprised!! Will definitely be back!! I was just about to make a deal with a dealership and a friend of mine saw me stressing out and was like just try D&M. I randomly sent in a request e I was just about to make a deal with a dealership and a friend of mine saw me stressing out and was like just try D&M. I randomly sent in a request email and got an email and a text right away from Wallace. I let him know due to work that talking over the phone is very tough so we were able to communicate through text and email. Within a very short time he had me approved for my dream car. Not only that he was able to find me a beautiful used Mercedes CLA-250 with just 4300 miles. No that is not a typo. Only 4300 miles. He was super transparent and kept me updated every single day sometimes multiple times a day so I was not just waiting. I can't tell you enough how grateful I am for Wallace and D&M. Fan for Life!! Wallace is a great guy, very friendly, interested, and hard working. At first kind of feels you out to get the level of how serious you are, but once he goes to work for you, he gets after it !! He knew what I was looking for, and I gave him a pretty detailed list of desires and features, he tracked down cars practically from coast to coast for me to check out, finally hitting on the exact one we desired !! After a little work on some numbers, Wallace got me the deal I was looking for, and "NO" trip to the dealer !! Driveway delivery is a feeling one must experience !!! More
