Sean went above and beyond by making contact with the right people from GM, and getting our issue fixed without the added cost we honestly could not have afforded at the time. Appreciate GM for stepping up and taking care of us, and Sean for making everything so easy and smooth- I don’t know what we would have done without his help.

I’ve had an ongoing issue with the front and rear brakes.
They’ve been replaced and it still continues. The radiator was replaced before 13k miles and after that theirs is a rattling noise coming from the fr

The radiator was replaced before 13k miles and after that theirs is a rattling noise coming from the front end that is still there after various attempts to fix it. The paper work says tested and found no noise from brakes and front end, but as soon as I drive it home the noise from the brakes and front end rattling are still there. I’ve made my advisor Sean know through text, email and phone calls. I’ve even had to speak with Walt as well to which all I get is that they’ve done everything they can do. Very UNHAPPY with this vehicle. I would not recommend buying a GMC Acadia.

I will inquire as to where I would get a couple more things taken care of. Something I really could’ use is an updated navigation software, but because I drive a 2014 Buick Verano that is no longer made, it appears I can no longer get the navigation upgrade, nor a booklet on the features of the car. That would be so helpful for me. I would also like to get some of the scratches on the front bumper and the rear bumper removed, but will continue to seek assistance with that. Thank you for inspecting my car and replacing my key fob and the grill on the front of my car.
