This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I bought a very gently used Genesis with a matte paint color and nobody bothered to tell me I would need to hand wash it, nor did they transition the I bought a very gently used Genesis with a matte paint color and nobody bothered to tell me I would need to hand wash it, nor did they transition the ownership properly nor provide me with the special wash kit.
