I got my first Hyundai Tucson in August 2006. Taking it to Fritz was easy for me. The service was done to my expectations and I never had a problem to return to fix anything that was done. I got an appointment when I wanted and being I’m hard of hearing i cannot use the phone. I had my husband or a friend call for an appointment for service. When my 2006 was no longer working being I had used Fritz for service I had it towed there and I got a used 2013 Tucson and was happy there was a car for me. Just two weeks ago my 2013 needed almost a $4,000 repair I could not afford it and I needed a car. I met Chet Wilkinson and he found me a 2020 Buick Encore. I really wanted a Tucson but it was high in price even with high mileage. So now I’m satisfied with the Buick. And I’m still going to Fritz for service cause the people are nice and respectful. I have kept in touch with Brandi Judd for 20 years. More
