Given the circumstances, I had been doing a lot of my "shopping" online and via email - most dealers were either closed or I was not comfortable going to too many public places in the middle of the COVID pandemic to test drive vehicles. I had been speaking with a number of dealers but Walter Goldman was the one person who was patient enough to work with me virtually, which I am sure could not have been easy but really showed his flexibility. Throughout the process, I found Walter to be incredibly helpful, insightful and transparent. His honesty made me trust him and in turn the dealership. Where other salesmen were very quick to make false promises online and conveniently sell out of the promotional inventory just before my arrival, Walter really respected my wishes and was upfront from start to finish. He was passionate about the Acura line and convinced me that the car's features and drive-ability would match or exceed what I was looking for. My experience at the dealership was no different, Walter really catered to me and, where possible, ensured that I remained "socially distant" from as many people. I am very happy with my overall experience and more importantly my new car. I would absolutely come back when my lease expires. More
