Return my lease ILX 2013 Very helpful and knowledgeable Walter and Jaime were able to answer on all of my questions and guide me through to get my new Acura TLX. Event though Very helpful and knowledgeable Walter and Jaime were able to answer on all of my questions and guide me through to get my new Acura TLX. Event though I reside an hour away, I was very pleased with my experience at DCH Montclair Acura. Walter helped me to return my previously leased ILX with no hassle. Also, he explained to me some of the options which helped me to make my choice for the new vehicle TLX. Jamie helped to put all the papers together and all the payments. Thank you guys More

Pleasant Experience I don't typically think of buying a car as a pleasant experience. Walter was experienced and competent. He obviously deserves all the awards I saw beh I don't typically think of buying a car as a pleasant experience. Walter was experienced and competent. On our second visit to DCH of Montclair, we saw the car we wanted and Walter helped us get it and after the sale was done, he made sure we understood all the features and the car and called us to make sure everything was ok the next day. I definitely would recommend him to friends and family. More

With my first lease three years ag I recently leased my second car at Acura Montclair through Walter Goldman. My experience was once again wonderful. With my first lease three years ago I went to another Acura dealership, they were not helpful or friendly. A friend recommended Walter at Montclair. Immediately, very pleased with his professional and helpful manner. He answers all your questions and puts you at ease with your leasing decisions. Top Notch!!!! In a day and age when personal service is all but forgotten, the DCH Montclair Acura team actually bumps it up a notch. Every person I encountered was courteous and appeared actually "happy". Walter Goldman was especially patient and helpful. I guess if you treat your customers right it makes for a good all around vibe. On top of that the price was right. I might just go back there to hang out. More
