From sales to service I keep returning to DCH. I came back to DCH as my current TLX lease was coming to an end with the idea of looking at the RDX. Walter patiently took me on the test drive, explained all the new technology and answered all my questions. I was impressed with the quality, performance, and looks of the SUV but to get most of the safety features I was looking for put it over my budget. I decided to look at the TLX again and once more Walter patiently again took me out for another test drive. After experiencing the new TLX which included the safety features I wanted and with a greatly improved tech user interface from my current one (and within my budget), I drove my new one home, a very satisfied customer.
