EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AT DCH MONTCLAIR ACURA!! I went into DCH Montclair Acura a little over a month now with either a TLX or an ILX on the brain. They had me test driving one of each in a matter of minutes! Walter Goldman was so knowledgeable about each vehicle you'd think he was doing this his whole life! I decided in the TLX, I just liked how it drove better, my personal preference. It took less than a week to be back in to sign the papers & be out with my new, deep red TLX. (I still was in the process of selling my old car to a private buyer.) This dealership including Sales Manager, Ruben Arcila, Walter Goldman, and Marie Rossi bent over backwards to get me into my vehicle. Such awesome customer service! DCH Montclair Acura really exemplifies their motto, "Delivering Customer Happiness"! Plus, when we were in the dealership it was so quick! What took the longest was Geico putting me on hold! He also proactively followed up after the purchase to ensure I brought the car back in for some minor bodywork. He made all the arrangements and ensured this was provided at no extra charge. The day I brought the car in I dealt with Kevin Gilbertson who was very helpful and even provided a loaner car for my personal use. I can highly recommend this dealership. More
