When I picked up the car, Walter spent a lot of time showing me how the options on the car worked, helped me set up my Bluetooth phone, and made sure I was comfortable with the controls before I left. I was then put in touch with Walter Goldman who answered additional questions I had about the Acura MDX and he took me for a test drive. I can't say enough great things about both Paul & Walter. They were very honest & pleasant to work with and made the car buying process a breeze. This is the first time I have bought a car without any pressure.....the whole experience was wonderful. Walter also called me a few days later to see how I was enjoying the car. I was very impressed by the professionalism of both Paul & Walter. Excellent Experience at DCH I worked with Walter on a 2015 MDX over the summer and he worked up an excellent. I however decided to stay with the 2012 MDX and every month Walte I worked with Walter on a 2015 MDX over the summer and he worked up an excellent. I however decided to stay with the 2012 MDX and every month Walter would just check-in. He offered all around excellent service at the time but we decided to keep the current car until we got closer to the lease termination. Last Friday I reached out to him again over the phone driving home from VA. Once again he worked with me patiently and by that evening we had a agreed on price. He also gave me good advise on working with Honda financing and everything worked out as I had hoped. The dealer even offered me an excellent price on my 2012 MDX and they bought it instead of turning it early off the lease. I took delivery of the vehicle the following Monday evening, nothing was rushed again all coordinated by Walter. All in all and excellent experience and I would highly recommend this dealership. This is my 4th MDX and the 1st one from this dealership. More
