Walter Moore and I spoke, on the phone, for a grand total of about 30 minutes over the course of a few days. When the Colorado arrived we came to an agreement over the phone and I secured the truck. I drove into town two days later and spent about 30 minutes at the dealership looking over the truck, driving it, and signing paperwork. It was the EASIEST car buying experience ever! He was very patient and respectful, even though I am sometime very demanding and picky when it comes to my vehicle. When Walter and Mike Core couldn't find exactly what we wanted, they worked to find the closest vehicle and worked with an aftermarket vendor to ensure that our vehicle looked how we envisioned it. On the day my wife and I came in to do the final paperwork, Walter was not scheduled that day, but came in and spent it with us to ensure we had everything we wanted and went smoothly. It is due to professionals like Walter Moore and Michael Core, that we made the drive from Columbus, Ga.(even though we live less than 2 miles from another Chevy dealership) More
