Was quoted for my service appointment via text message while my car was in for service. Once I arrived the invoice was for $100.00 more than what I was quoted. Horrible customer service, no apology and re while my car was in for service. Once I arrived the invoice was for $100.00 more than what I was quoted. Horrible customer service, no apology and refused to honor the price I was quoted. I will be reporting this to the BBB and NYS Attorney General's Office. I reached out to contact them via their website the same day I had this issue and no one has contacted me, almost a week later. More
