A lot of work, but worth it. Our car got totaled and we had to get a new one. We knew we couldn’t get the same thing we had, and we knew our payments were going to need to be lowe Our car got totaled and we had to get a new one. We knew we couldn’t get the same thing we had, and we knew our payments were going to need to be lower. Wayne was our sales person and he was amazing. He worked with us all day, literally, we were his only customer. He listened to all our complaints and necessaries and he really went above and beyond to find us what we needed. Yes we were there for 7 hours, and test drive many cars, but we ended up with a car we were quite happy with (better than we expected), and got our down payment, mileage, and monthly payment exactly what we wanted. We will be back to see Wayne when it’s time to trade up. More
