Having owned many high end vehicles over the past 35 years, I can tell you that Crown Mercedes and, specifically our salesperson, Mr. Ken Stuart, were Having owned many high end vehicles over the past 35 years, I can tell you that Crown Mercedes and, specifically our salesperson, Mr. Ken Stuart, were the best experience we have ever had at any Dealership we have ever dealt with. Ken covered every aspect of the purchase with extreme professionalism and great detail. His primary concern was fitting the car to US and not just trying to sell something that fit HIS needs. His product knowledge and the amount of time he took explaining every feature of the vehicle was truly refreshing. Ken also gave us a personal introduction to every significant person we would encounter during the time we drove the Mercedes E300 inc. his General Mgr., the other sales people and all of the people in the Service Dep't. He then took his valuable sales time to make sure we were comfortable with every one of the multitude of features the car includes. And lastly, If all of this wasn't enough he actually came to our home/garage to set up the electronic garage door opener!
