Low Pressure Approach Personnel encountered were professional and courteous. Did not feel high pressured and offers/counteroffers were seamless and smooth. Salesman Joe was straight forward and all in all the experience was 5 stars. Wayne Morgan and Vuagjn Hester seemed to take a keen interest in customer satisfaction and Will Parrot did an excellent job going over the financial details. All in all a great experience. I only hope that dealing with the service department goes as smoothly. More

Great Service!!! It is never a “good time” to have a flat tire but this week, it was no problem thanks to the guys at Master Chevrolet Cadillac! After finding the flat It is never a “good time” to have a flat tire but this week, it was no problem thanks to the guys at Master Chevrolet Cadillac! After finding the flat before leaving my driveway, I called Wayne Morgan and the rest was handled promptly and professionally. In a matter of a few hours, a dealership service vehicle was in my driveway, made my Tahoe “driveable” enough to get it to Aiken so the service department could fix my tire and check my others while performing other needed services and delivered back to my driveway ready to go! Thanks Master for being such a stellar dealership for sales and service! More
