Everytime I deal with this dealership I have nothing but positive results. The service is efficient and the service advisor is very accommodating. I was worried that things would be different after the change in ownership from Victor Chevrolet to Vision Chevrolet, but I am happy to say that the service on my 2001 Corvette was as excellent as always. change in ownership from Victor Chevrolet to Vision Chevrolet, but I am happy to say that the service on my 2001 Corvette was as excellent as always. As others have commented, I was glad to see Wayne was still writing the service orders, as he is both friendly and genuinely nice. Overall, a great experience at a dealership I would not hesitate to recommend to others. More

front driver tire left at 13psi, rear driver 24psi front passenger, 21psi rear passenger 20psi. The truck was left unlocked the entire time at the dealership. It is a work truck. I did have majority of my s passenger, 21psi rear passenger 20psi. The truck was left unlocked the entire time at the dealership. It is a work truck. I did have majority of my stuff out of there but I did still have for hvac, 2 carrier main control boards under rear seats retail at over $1500 combined. Everything was still in the truck, but that is not the point. The issue about my key fob was not fully addressed. I would have paid for it to be diagnosed further in order to get it taken care of. Very nice people that work there and I was well informed of majority of the issues I had. I feel like the truck was returned to me with louder exhaust and squeakier ball joints than it was i dropped off with. I'm not sure if they put it through stress tests for the diagnostics or not. I have always replaced parts when they first start making noises. But having to go 10mph to the closest gas station to put air in my tires was kind of ridiculous and i probably would not have written any review if that wasn't the case. I have put over $10k into that truck in the past 4 months and feel like it was treated like an inconvenience to them more than anything. If it wasn't kept unlocked, I would have gotten at least the tire sensors taken care of as well as the knock sensor pigtail. Wayne was very professional to speak with as well as Ashley. More
