Gave me an okay deal, little flexibility on sales price. Would not price match extended warranty with another ford dealer for a third of the price. Originally no spare key but salesman Ryan was able to pro Would not price match extended warranty with another ford dealer for a third of the price. Originally no spare key but salesman Ryan was able to procure one for me at no cost. Unable to get floor mats for me. Waited for nearly 2 hours as their “system was down” on pick up day. Overall easy experience however. More
