My experience with Nucar Chevrolet has been extremely
disappointing.
I purchased a 2022 Chevrolet Suburban and experienced multiple problems with the vehicle. While the vehicle was covered by an exten

I purchased a 2022 Chevrolet Suburban and experienced multiple problems with the vehicle. While the vehicle was covered by an extended warranty, a major repair involving the water pump was approved and paid for under that warranty. The warranty company also covered a rental vehicle while the repair was being completed.
Later, when the vehicle developed additional serious engine-related issues, I was surprised to learn that the warranty claim was denied. This was confusing because previous major repairs had been approved under the same warranty coverage.
I have maintained that the vehicle was serviced and that I provided documentation supporting my position. Despite my efforts to work with the dealership and resolve the matter fairly, I have not received the assistance I expected.
As a result, I submitted a Chapter 93A demand letter under Massachusetts consumer protection law and have continued to seek a fair resolution. I have retained invoices, repair records, emails, and other documentation related to this matter.
I am sharing my experience so that other consumers understand the importance of keeping detailed records of all repairs, warranty claims, and communications with dealerships and warranty providers.
I hope Nucar Chevrolet will review this matter carefully and work toward a fair resolution.
This review reflects my personal experience and the documentation in my possession.
