The website pricing was a little misleading. It includes a haggle free price and then a total price which includes the MTH Protection Package and DOC costs. I was under the impression that the MTH Protection Package was an optional thing that could be added or declined. It cannot; it's included in the total price. Listing the haggle free price on the website is the misleading part. They claimed my the truck I bought had been detailed by them when the got it. When I drove the truck, it looked liked it had only been vacuumed and wiped down quickly. It also smelled of cigarette smoke. After I got it home, I had a local guy detail it and it looked 10 times cleaner when he was done. He was also able to eliminate the smoke smell. This is what I expected when buying a $50k vehicle. Overall, I think the dealership good job. They were very responsive and made the buying process simple. More

First I was very impressed with the quality of vehicles MTH has. I found what I was looking for online, and Wendall sent me a personal recorded text, so as soon as I pulled into the parking lot I was able MTH has. There was no pressure, no pushy salesman, just a man waiting to hand me the keys so I could easily make my decision. There were a couple things I wanted addressed with the truck I purchased, and they were taken care of with no hassle. I am extremely happy with the service and entire experience is something I will tell others about, and I will be back for future purchases. Excellent experience beginning to end. More

Truck is already in the shop. I pointed out a few flaws in the truck and asked for a little bit off the price. Was told by the accounts guys he's already losing money on the deal I pointed out a few flaws in the truck and asked for a little bit off the price. Was told by the accounts guys he's already losing money on the deal and that he put his big boy shoes on to sell cars so there was no room for cutting the price any lower. I personally find it hard to believe and would've appreciated not being talked down to and belittled. Still bought the truck half way back on my 5 hour drive my check engine light came on no big deal truck was still running good. Got it back went to drive it the next day truck was stuck in limp mode, got the truck to a Ford dealership. Ford dealership pointed out that the rear cab seals were duck taped on with some fresh ductape they asked if I had done that I told them no I just got the truck. Long story short I am cutting my losses and hopefully it can get fixed between the cap seal that leaks and electrical issues. Will not recommend anyone to go to MTH, I made a 5 hour drive to pick up a truck that I was lead to believe had no issues and was told was a great truck I believed that and thought everyone was being honest. Now I have the truck in the shop racking up a bill and am missing out on work because the new suppose to be reliable vehicle couldn't make it 5 hours back home. I will not tell anyone to go there to buy a vehicle because if they get the same treatment I got that would also drag my name through the mud. More
