Great Auto Buying Experiance I am 62 years old and have bought several new cars throughout my lifetime. Normally It is a painful (negotiating and bickering with sales persons and I am 62 years old and have bought several new cars throughout my lifetime. Dealing with Wendy Sparks was a very pleasant experience. From the moment she introduced herself we never felt pressured or rushed into any decisions. Wendy was very knowledgeable about Hondas vehicles answering each and every question we had. The entire Colonial Honda staff was very courteous and professional. We would rate our car buying experience at Colonial Honda at five out of five stars!! Great Experience I test drove several top-of-the-line SUVs (Honda, Toyota, Nissan) and was incredibly pleased with the Honda Pilot. We ended up buying a Touring fully loaded due to the smooth ride, heavy feel, accessory package and trim works. We have loved our new Touring and are so glad that we chose this vehicle. During the car buying process, Wendy Sparks was amazing to deal with! She was knowledgeable and easy to get along with. She made us feel comfortable as we looked at each of the Pilot models and was understanding when we told her that we wanted to drive several different brands. Upon purchase and delivery, Wendy helped us through the process and has followed up to see if we have any questions or need anything. Simply Amazing I'm 28 years old and this was my FIRST time buying a new car. With the help of my mother we met with Wendy Sparks, who was just simply amazing from ju I'm 28 years old and this was my FIRST time buying a new car. Walked us around the lot to show us the new crvs. Rebekah Clayton was just as helpful and amazing with my financing. Breaking everything down for me to understand. Todd Eggleston was so nice and reasonable. Everyone did such a great job at making my first time enjoyable and smooth. They never once pressured me into anything I didn't want or need. They were focused on the big picture instead of just making a deal. Everyone was personable, and made such great first impressions. I'm very impressed, and happy that I went through colonial and their team. I have been telling everyone who I dealt with and how great of a sales woman Wendy is! My personal suggestion would be to ask for Bill or Wendy, not that others are not that great but it is just that they both are excellent and will make things work for you, I will also recommend getting quote online that saves time during the 'intense phase of aggressive buying'. I initially came to Colonial Honda to get my 2006 Honda Ridgeline serviced as I routinely schedule. As I was waiting for my Ridgeline, I walked to lot as usual. As I was about to leave the lot, Wendy approached me and asked me if I had a particular vehicle I was interested. And, I questioned her about the Acura TL on the lot. At that time, she began to answer all my questions and more. We went for a test drive and really enjoyed myself. Needless to say, I purchased the vehicle and I am still enjoying it. I really appreciate Wendy taking the step to reach out to me. (Other sales persons did not approach me at all and I KNOW they saw me on the lot.) I really enjoyed talking with Wendy and I am excited to tell others to come and see her when they are in the market for a vehicle. More
