Friendly interaction After my wife and daughter were in an accident that resulted in a total loss of our vehicle, we decided on a whim to stop by Colonial to look at vehic After my wife and daughter were in an accident that resulted in a total loss of our vehicle, we decided on a whim to stop by Colonial to look at vehicles (we have been life-long Honda drivers). Wendy met us on the lot and was very sympathetic to our situation and my wife felt an instant connection with her, mainly based on Wendy's sincerity and her lack of an aggressive sales approach. So, we decided to go back a few days later and look more seriously at vehicles. Wendy was not there; however, Theo jumped in to help us out. He was a pleasure to work with and our kids loved him. While my wife at times struck a hard bargain, she really felt comfortable dealing with Theo. After a few days of negotiating the price, we finally felt ready to close the deal. Theo and Wendy were both knowledgeable about the vehicles and were quick to answer any questions we had. All of this was such a positive interaction and it led to us driving past a local dealership that was 5 miles from our home and offered the same price to make the trip to Chester. Even though we spent several hours with Theo on our previous visit, he handed us over to Wendy to close the deal we mentioned her name when we first met him. The way everyone worked together to make our experience better indicated to me a real desire to not just make a sale, but to build relationships. We appreciate the high level of service at every step of the process. More
