Too many loose ends I came to the dealership knowing exactly what car I wanted so I didn't expect to spend hours there. We had questions on several subjects that sent us to several different 'experts' for answers making the whole process agonizing and some of those experts had no answers even when the document in question was put in front of them. He wrote me a quote, which was a good price on the new vehicle and gave me a good price on my trade in. I went home to think about it. I came back to the dealership and told B I would be back that weekend. He had to go out of town and referred me to wendy Sparks. She took over where B left off and made the final deal making an excellent experience. Sabrina In the finance dept was a pleasure to work with also. In all my years of buying cars this was the absolute best experience. I would recommend the dealership and staff to anyone. More
