I don’t even know where to begin with how highly I think of this place! About 7 years ago I walked into this same dealership and it felt stuffy and uncomfortable. Well, fast forward 7 years and GM Daniel Mo of this place! About 7 years ago I walked into this same dealership and it felt stuffy and uncomfortable. Well, fast forward 7 years and GM Daniel Morris, sales manager Daniel Bellemare, the finance department Jessica Scarboro and the ridiculously efficient Rob Wilson, the best salesman ever Mo, the calm-cool-thorough Tony Citron (who even answered my text while he was on vacation!), and let’s not forget Tim and Shelley in service (my 2020 GTR caught a nail in a tire and I was outfitted with a loaner in 5 minutes and never haggled by the tire and rim insurance or dealership one time despite only having it less than a month). My particular transaction was unlike anything most of them have ever come across and there was a slight delay in the wire transfer. Not once did anyone question the authenticity or sincerity of my interests in the vehicles and all the while they made me feel like part of the family. To add icing on the cake they even graciously patronized my family’s business. I could go on and on until I have blisters on my fingers but I’ll sum it all up as “WOW!” Sure, it’s easy to work at a place that sells a great product like Mercedes Benz but it is impossible to fake sincerity and appreciation for customers’ business and this is what you will always get at Crown Eurocars. More

I compared to a lot of different brands (Porsche, BMW, Audi Etc.) and when I got to speak with Zoltan, he achieved everything I needed to achieve and I ended up taking home a 2019 C63 AMG. His knowledge of the product and support of everyone involved was truly incredible. I highly recommend you ask for Zoltan whether you're looking for the highest tier AMG, all the way to the vehicle you're looking for your children's first car. Everyone was incredibly friendly. Sales Making it work I have always had great experiences with Crown Eurocars, but recently they went above and beyond. I was coming out of a 36 month lease on a 2016 E400 I have always had great experiences with Crown Eurocars, but recently they went above and beyond. I was coming out of a 36 month lease on a 2016 E400 Coupe. I loved the car, it was garage kept, still has warranty left and on has 13,000 miles on it. I really wanted to keep the car, but the buyout was more than the Blue Book value. Although it was in Sales Consultant Miroslav Ostojic's best interest to get me in a new car, he worked his magic and make the numbers work for me. In a year, I will be back to Crown, getting a new car. Thank you Miroslav! More
