When I got home I noticed I was charged 305. 00 for a ding protection program. I told the finance person I didn’t want any warranty or add ons again and again. He rushed through documents witho 00 for a ding protection program. I told the finance person I didn’t want any warranty or add ons again and again. He rushed through documents without explaining any thru the automated document signing. This borderlines on dishonest at best. I’ll be at dealership Monday morning to look for remedy. More

I will rate your dealership a 5, but I will give you my harsh opinion. On the night I received my vehicle it was already after closing and when I got home and was very tired. I did not look the vehicle ove harsh opinion. On the night I received my vehicle it was already after closing and when I got home and was very tired. I did not look the vehicle over, till the following morning and discovered a big swat of what looked like a rag was wiped across the hood. So, I informed the sales area, that I discovered previously stated issue. I will not name people, that were part of the sale, however that being said, everything looked good to return Friday and get the hood issue taken care of, in the process of the days passing, the Vehicle battery somehow had a low voltage and left my wife stranded with 2021 Toyota Venza. Needless to say, that a fiasco ensued in trying to get a hold roadside assistance. in the meanwhile, I was driving to help my wife get the vehicle battery charged to bring vehicle back to dealership and get the battery issue taken care of, finally we arrived at the dealership. I was not received with the friendliest of greetings that I had expected due to my recent purchase of the vehicle, no apologies were extended for our inconvenience. I really hope that you do not treat all your customers in this manner. I can say that you have lost me as a future customer. More
