I really enjoyed our time at the dealearship (and we spent there almost 7 h). We left with 2 new amazing cars, and experience was great from start to finish. Very very poor service. Had my GV70 in for a recall and regular maintenance. Used the valet service which is a big selling point when buying the car. At 3:30 I called checking on it. It was just going in for the recall. At 4:30 I called and they said it was done but did not have time to wash it. When I asked about the oil change he said they forgot to do it and can they reschedule. I rescheduled for today 7/29/24. Car was suppose to be picked up between 9:30 and 10:30am. I called at 11 and 2:30pm and they said they have no valets and could we reschedule. I told them never mind I'm taking my business to Genesis of Golden. Hopefully I'll have a better experience. More

Very poor service. I had a warranty issue that they would not honor.
