Adam Cantrell and Gregg Guetzlaff helped us get our Kia Sorento. We drove two and half hours to get to the dealership. Had a pleasant experience dealing with Gregg and Adam. We were satisfied with the purc Sorento. We drove two and half hours to get to the dealership. Had a pleasant experience dealing with Gregg and Adam. We were satisfied with the purchase. The only downside was that only one key fob was available and no emergency keys were provided with the vehicle. And we did spend quite a bit of slack time while AJ in Finance was busy chatting with his colleague for over 45 minutes before we were served. Except for that, we were satisfied with our purchase and the way we were treated with respect. More

I was not looking to buy on this day. Immediately, Gregg Guetzlaff, approached me on the lot, but not in a pushy way. He said, look around and see if you find what you may be interested in, and he gave me a little time to look. A few minutes later he returned and we began to talk like an old high school buddy that I hadn't seen in years! He asked for details about the perfect vehicle for me and I told him. While he showed me vehicles that matched my needs and what kind of deal it would take to get me in my perfect vehicle, he continued speaking with me like an old friend. From there, the process was quick, but not overwhelming, as he introduced me to others in the dealership, that would accommodate my needs. All were friendly and professional! Greg Guetzlaff did an amazing job and was just like a friend who was more interested in filling my needs rather than being a car salesman! More
