Service After Purchase Right after Purchase we found a cosmetic defect =-(. I FREAKED!!! out because for me buying a new car was HUGE...BIG Big DEAL!!!! (its been 25 yrs and Right after Purchase we found a cosmetic defect =-(. I FREAKED!!! out because for me buying a new car was HUGE...BIG Big DEAL!!!! (its been 25 yrs and a Ford won). So after going thru the required Ford hoops, Harry (owner) stepped in and made sure that everything was taken care of. Both the salesman and owner kept us up to date on status of the claim and when the parts came in they even provided me with a loaner for the day I was without my Escape. I am so pleased and greatful that this was resolved the way it was. I am so happy with my new Escape and the little cosmetic defect is now in the past. Called Will, gave him an overview of what I wanted and asked it if was worth my trip to Frankfort. He gave me some ballpark numbers, I went there and we were able to put a very good deal together. When we pulled in, I noticed the dealership building was still of the older design and had been there a while, not the new modern glass showroom with all the bells and whistles, but that told me their overhead probably wasn't as high as a glitzy dealers, so they should be able to sell their cars for less than their competition, and I think I was right. I would highly recommend Crossroads Ford and in particular, Will Clark in the sales department. More
