Purchased a vehicle Aug. 6th 2025. I decided to do tax tile with the DMV since dealers are known to add adverse/excessive fees. They still managed to charge me a notary fee w 6th 2025. I decided to do tax tile with the DMV since dealers are known to add adverse/excessive fees. They still managed to charge me a notary fee without notarizing anything. The most important part is a purchased a vehicle and was not giving the correct paperwork and all documentation provided states I owe a back when I purchased the car in cash. I have been geeked the run around. Omv will not transfer title unless balance reflects zero. I’ve been to the dealership on 2 occasions only to still get the wrong paperwork. Vehicle vin ended up getting flagged by the OMV and now they suggest letting Mercedes complete the paperwork and just go through them 😒. Meanwhile I still don’t have any proof of a paid in full vehicle. Just registration. Seriously disappointed and disgusted by the entire situation. More

I bought this vehicle from out of state. Everything was good except for the shipment of my vehicle. I was never told when my vehicle was getting shipped and how much it cost. I got a call from the transporter that my vehicle was being delivered to me without any notice from the dealership. When my car arrived it didn't have the necessary paperwork or tag. I called them and they apologized and said it would be shipped overnight. Well it took 2 weeks to get my receipt and tag. I was told it was Expressed on Thursday and I would get a tracking number. Of course it didn't happen until I emailed the Finance Office to get the status. I finally received my papers after a week of the classic runaround. I was not pleased because it makes me feel like you have my money so you're not important after the sale. Not sure who dropped the ball but I won't recommend this dealership to anyone that does out of state buying. More
