Will Schafer is a third generation Dealer with Master Buick GMC. He attended Augusta Preparatory School and graduated in 1986. He then received his Business Administration Degree at Presbyterian College in Clinton, SC. Having worked at the dealership since he was a teenager, he went on to receive a Diploma from the Dealer Candidate Academy in 1991. He has worked in the Sales, Parts, and Service department in his 27 years with Master. He currently serves on many community boards including Westminster School of Augusta, Crossover Communications International, and Columbia International University. He is the current President of the Augusta, Aiken Buick GMC Dealers Marketing Association, NADA Presidcnt’s Club and a Member of the Rotary Club.

Worst rating I could give- I went and bought a used truck for my son that is in the military so he had something to drive in the rain and snow without messing up his new one, everything I was told that worke for my son that is in the military so he had something to drive in the rain and snow without messing up his new one, everything I was told that worked was a lie, they said they would fix it to be operational and kept it for months and then offered to give me a $500 credit on repairs, but just the broke 4 wheel drive was going to be $800, everything you can think of doesn’t work Finally got aggravated and went and got it, it won’t hardly run at all now, so now my son is out of all that money and it’s sitting in the yard broke, oh and they stole my pistol out of the vehicle also even though I called the salesman and ask if he would get it out, he said they have never had a problem before so he didn’t worry about it, I am filing a police report since no one knows where it’s at. The owner Mr Schaffer was very unprofessional and was so rude to my husband. They took advantage of my son that was starting a career in the military on Military appreciation month. More

Five stars does not do this dealership justice. Friendly staff and a calm and happy atmosphere. In my experience you can tell when the employees are this friendly and happy it starts from the top. The best! First, we use Master Chevolet for all our services on our 2009 Equinox. The service department is awesome! Polite, professional but homey.
