Will was great! We have two vehicles that we leased through D&M that received heavy hail damage. Will was on top of replacing my car immediately and placed a hold on We have two vehicles that we leased through D&M that received heavy hail damage. Will was on top of replacing my car immediately and placed a hold on it. He monitored the insurance claim process with us. He educated us on what happens if the car was a total loss. Thanks to Will and the total loss team, I had my new car in days of the insurance finalizing the total loss and provide a rental car. He meet me at the rental location near me with my new car. This is why we are loyal D&M customer for over 15 years. Great customer service that we can count on. More
