I came in for a patch on my tire I was there 4 hours because the customer service lady was having a bad day and didn’t want to deal with the insurance I purchased for wheel and tire. So I sat there and because the customer service lady was having a bad day and didn’t want to deal with the insurance I purchased for wheel and tire. So I sat there and waited. As soon as I talked to someone else things finally got taken care of. It was only a $25 dollar charge but I’m paying $699 for the insurance. I hope Vicki has better days. More
