The absolute BEST experience we have EVER had at a dealership!! They did what they said they’d do!! I cannot say enough to say just how happy we are. I’ve spent the last couple of months getting jerke dealership!! They did what they said they’d do!! I cannot say enough to say just how happy we are. I’ve spent the last couple of months getting jerked around by a couple of dealers over a new stinger gt2 AWD. One local dealer in particular has a WONDERFUL salesman named Chris that did a great job (but not as great as Greg Taylor) but ended up NOT getting the sale because of a couple of reasons. 1. They didn’t BUDGE off of a 10K markup for “market adjustment” on the value of THEIR new stinger but did not give me a “market adjustment” for the trade value of my 2018 stinger gt1. Funny how the market works, right?! Lol. I even told them I’ve got experience with car sales and auctions and I know how the business works… my family owns dealerships!!!! Greg and his manager (I wish I could remember his name because he is responsible for the next reason that we are so pleased) told me up front that they DO have an addendum for market adjustment however it is a fair price and they still negotiate! Their willingness to entertain the idea because they knew I was serious really made the difference. I felt they were fair and upfront with their intent to sell me the car! Then, they completely hooked me up with being flexible so I could have my aftermarket stereo removed and Greg went above and beyond in taking care of that after the sale! The other reason, and the real reason this came together, was Greg got his manager involved when we started talking about financing. I had already been in contact with the folks over at ORNL and “THE MAN”-ager (Dad joke name but he earned it!) told me he may actually be able to get us a better rate if we use his relationship instead. I had spent DAYS trying to get the credit Union to approve the terms of the loan and in what seemed to be less than 5 minutes…. “THE MAN”-ager comes over and shows me HIS rate with the same credit Union and HOLY CRAP!!! He did exactly what he said and 15 minutes later, we were ready to sign!!! Great follow up from Greg AND a thank you card followed where he included pleasantries for meeting our kids! He put the names of ALL 3 in the thank you card— he spent a significant amount of time playing with the kids and giving them treats and toys to keep them entertained while I dragged the wonderful woman in financing over a bed of nails as she showed me warranty options and explained every single detail to make sure I was confident in what I was paying for. All around AMAZING team of people there. It’s great to see a business that actually understands that they are in the PEOPLE business and we are very grateful that we were treated like lifelong friends. Thank all of you SO much! More
