I used the online app to pick and build my Kia Telluride. (Grey Wolf/ Blackout Trim) I knew going into this I was going to get a phone call from Kia. I did and the man I spoke with was Dylan Hatula. I didn't want to get a lot of calls about my research with the vehicle and told him so. Dylan was respectful, professional to my wishes. During the six months, Dylan and I stayed in contact and he answered ALL my questions truthfully. His honesty and professionalism are what won me over not including the 200 thousand mile warranty with a great SUV! Kia of Alcoa offers so much more I highly recommend at least give them a try. Dylan was easy to work with, now he and my family are good friends. My wife and I are completely satisfied with our service. We couldn't ask for more.
