He said, yes I do. Dealer, no you'll have to make an appointment. He said, my wife did & we reserved a rental for the day. After an hour, they accepted & gave him a rental. Car wasn't done until the next day. Not convenient or professional. Everyone's schedule is crazy, that's the reason for making time to keep up with maintenance on your vehicle & making an appointment. More
