3 months and 1 day my car was at the dealership. When Jason, the new manager came aboard, my car was already there over 1 month with no answers about what was going on. The dealership was under-staffed and I felt like I was getting the run-around until Jason and the new hires came aboard. They improved over the next month waiting for the Warranty claim people to respond. I finally got call backs when I left messages the 3rd month of my car being there. Now, I will recommend this dealership. If it was not for the new crew, I would have bashed this site but they came through in the end. Non-responsive. Very slow, will have your car a long time, and they do not answer their phones dropping your car off here is like dropping it into a deep dark hole. Very slow, will have your car a long time, and they do not answer their phones dropping your car off here is like dropping it into a deep dark hole. They had my car nine days just to do a brake job. I called and checked 14 or 15 times over 9 days and they actually answered the phone twice. The rest of the calls go to voicemail. I finally had to call someone in the sales department to walk back to the service I department to have someone call me back. Also, in the process while rarely over the phone they kept quoting a different prices to repair the brakes . If you leave your car there plan on no one answering and all your calls going to voicemail and no one calling you back. Sad I was a customer for years, and a few years ago they were excellent; apparently there has been a change in ownership our general management. More
