Appalling and Unprofessional Let me begin by stating that i had recently just retired from the NYPD (Detective) after 22 years of service. I found a vehicle which caught my eye wh Let me begin by stating that i had recently just retired from the NYPD (Detective) after 22 years of service. I found a vehicle which caught my eye which was listed on their website for $21,695. I then go to showroom and they set me up with William and i explain to him i want to pay all cash.He then proceeds to go over numbers with me which include an additional $1995 warranty,and $695 dealer fees plus tax ect and comes up with $24385. i leave a $500 deposit and proceed with Adan Contract the Finance Manager. He also goes over the numbers and says you ned to bring back $24,341.17 bank check.I come back with check and proceed to purchase vehicle and at some point they say i owe $44.00..let me point out Adan Contract the finace manager told me and even wrote the # down to bring back. He then comes out if his office very unprofessional and arrogant in front of myself and mother demanding the $44.00 in which it was his mistake stating "oh i forgot it was a pickup truck" i pay the $44.00. I then am informed by William that the truck is ready and he hands mr 1 key...yes 1 key only... i then inspect the truck and there are no floor mats yes no floor mats...keep in mind i just paid $27,000 in full to this dealership... i get home and yes there is no warranty paper work. So after paying $27,000 i have 1 key,no floor mats (they gave me an IOU for them) and no warranty. I dont know how these 2 guys sleep at night. Would Not recommend this dealership to any one!!!!!!! More
