Brought car over for service, was met with staff that really didn’t want help their customers. Acted like I was doing them a favor for bringing the car over for service. The service department needed to really didn’t want help their customers. Acted like I was doing them a favor for bringing the car over for service. The service department needed to order a part, and someone else was going to contact me once the part arrived. I was never contacted and had to call in several days later to inquire about status. Turns out that the past had arrived a week earlier but nobody cared to call to let me know. I scheduled the service again and was met by same unprofessional staff. The dealer offers car washes for all services, but I did not get one with the excuse that “customer rejected car wash”. I was never asked for a car wash… Please take your business elsewhere, I found that Acura dealers all around treat customers without courtesy. Honda dealers do a much better job at that. More

I would highly recommend buying a new Acura from Lehigh Valley Acura. The sales manger Eoin Walshe was very professional and I was able to work out a great deal over the phone. He had the vehicle ready and Valley Acura. The sales manger Eoin Walshe was very professional and I was able to work out a great deal over the phone. He had the vehicle ready and waiting for me when I arrived. My Salesman Bill Cossman was on vacation and he still called me back right away and made sure I was able to work out a deal with the sale manger. Ron Wood was my Salesman and was a true professional and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He followed up with me next day to be sure everything was going well with the vehicle. I got a great deal on my new 2022 MDX and I will continue to buy my new Acura from this dealership only. A great experience as always! This is my 14th Acura. Thanks Lehigh Valley Acura. I would not drive anything else! More
