Great service except a long wait. This was due to the software update from KIA. What was to take 45 minutes took close to 5 hours to complete! I am very happy with the service department doing routine maintenance on my 2019 Kia Niro. On the other hand, I have been waiting since mid-October for their collision center to get the parts to repair my v maintenance on my 2019 Kia Niro. The last time I was in, the person handling Allstate claims couldn't find my file. Today is January 26. How can I be happy about that. More
