I found my perfect vehicle on their website, also found a link to get a quote on my car for trade in, again from their website. When I went to the dealership, they offered me $5k less than what their websit link to get a quote on my car for trade in, again from their website. When I went to the dealership, they offered me $5k less than what their website offered for my vehicle. Then they tacked on another $5k for their handling fees! That was over and above tax, tag, etc.. Umm no!! No one else charges that amount, it’s crazy! Needless to say I didn’t buy my dream car!! They didn’t even try to work with me, it was more of an “oh well” attitude! More

It took me weeks to get an appointment for a recall for my vehicle. That normally wouldn’t be a problem but the recall states that if your airbag light comes on before the recalls done that you were gonna my vehicle. That normally wouldn’t be a problem but the recall states that if your airbag light comes on before the recalls done that you were gonna pull off the road and be towed to Kia dealership. The delay in appointment to have this rectified is completely unacceptable More
