My recent visit to the Gettel Kia Service Dept. was seamless. From arrival to departure, I experienced respect, courtesy and consideration. 'Billly' (William Cummings) guided me in the process an was seamless. From arrival to departure, I experienced respect, courtesy and consideration. 'Billly' (William Cummings) guided me in the process and accurately estimated the time I would be required to wait for my vehicle to be serviced. The waiting area was quite comfortable and I was able to spend the time reading. Unfortunately, I also needed to meet with Gettel's Body Shop (I had had a minor fender-bender) and Billy contacted Scott Tetrault and arranged for me to meet with him. He also scanned and sent my insurance info (adjuster report/estimate) to Scott in advance of our meeting. Billy even took the time to accompany me to the Body Shop area to make sure that I would see Scott and he could take a look at my car. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED! I have an appointment to bring my car in on April 25! Thank you to Billy and Scott. More
