The service was excellent but I have two issues. #1 is the fact that the reason for my visit was the battery had been replaced and the instructions in the owners manual regarding resetting the sunroof wer the fact that the reason for my visit was the battery had been replaced and the instructions in the owners manual regarding resetting the sunroof were different than the technical service bulletin I found on this car. I could not get either of them to work. It seems unreasonable that the reset has to be done and that it was so difficult to do. The diagnostic for this cost $80 and should have been easy enough for an owner to do instead of being so difficult. This was the fault of KIA, not the fault of your service people and I am not blaming them. More
