Wonderful car buying experience. I have now purchased my last 3 cars from Moss. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences, from the reception when I walk in to my salesperson, Tom I have now purchased my last 3 cars from Moss. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences, from the reception when I walk in to my salesperson, Tommy Patout, to the sales mgr Bill. I have been treated fairly on both the sales price and the trade in. Moreover Brad Hughes, in financing, has been great to deal with om both occasions I dealt with him. Sharron and Corry have created a wonderful atmosphere within which to purchase a car. More

Untrustworthy Refuses to refund unused portion of maintenance plan not used. Purchased 4 year warranty in 2015 and traded in January 2018. Only used twice. Refuses to refund unused portion stating its Mercedes policy. Sharon Moss, refund my money. You must have forgotten that customer feedback to friends and family and coworkers go a very long way. Stating that I would only get money back is to purchase another Mercedes and it will be applied to that vehicle is in my opinion just as crooked as you can get. More

Could not have been better I looked at several makes of cars at about 5 dealerships. Nobody else was as friendly, straightforward, and relaxed as the Moss team. The salesman (Bill), the saleslady who spoke with me once when Bill was tied up (I had dropped in for a followup)...Jennifer, the dealership manager (Tony), the business manager (Brad) and the concierge (Brian) were all very helpful. Everybody was laid back and helped make my experience pressure free and simple. Bill listened, and helped me get a great car at a good price. Brian very skillfully and patiently explained everything I need to know. I would recommend Moss Mercedes to anyone and if I like the car as much as I expect to, it is highly likely that I'll buy my next car here. More
