Purchased a used Ford Escape in October and not even 3 months later I am spending over $3,000 to get it repaired. The brakes are shot, needs a front end alignment, the entire under body is covered in rust months later I am spending over $3,000 to get it repaired. The brakes are shot, needs a front end alignment, the entire under body is covered in rust. William Karrels sold me this car and my mechanic cannot believe they sold me this car in this condition. I am a single mom and work at a children’s hospital and I cannot believe the way I was taken advantage of. Buyer beware is all I can say. I will do my due diligence next time around and not get taken advantage of. All around horrible experience. I do not recommend this dealer or this salesman. More
