He is truly a professional salesman and genuinely wants to put you in a car. I never got the impression it was about him only making money. The finance department was top notch also and they have a great warranty, three years of free oil changes, and free car washes. He helped my wife and I get out of a very expensive lease and into a finance. We are now saving 120 dollars a month by shedding the lease which was an albatross economically. Thank you Mr Karrels.
