Bill is very knowledgable and takes the time to assess your needs in order to match you with the right car. I originally visited Shaker's to look at Ford Focus'. After assessing my needs, Bill steered me towards the Ford Fusion, and found it to be the perfect fit for me. Bill allowed, and suggested, me to test drive all different models/packages until I found the one I loved. Bill stayed well past closing hours to make sure we chose the right vehicle. Bill and everyone at Shaker's provided an easy, relaxed, professional atmosphere. The buying process was painless. Thank You! More

He worked hard to find me the Lincoln I wanted, which I am happily driving now. Manny was also a pleasure to work with and he made the paperwork process a breeze. A special thank you to Janet and Ed Shaker. I can always count on Shaker's and their staff to provide me with superior customer care and service. Many thanks! More

Our Ford Edge Purchase After 7 years of driving our ML500, it was time to replace it. What were our options for a mid-size suv? Plenty!!! We started our search on Friday af After 7 years of driving our ML500, it was time to replace it. What were our options for a mid-size suv? Plenty!!! We started our search on Friday afternoon at Shakers(close to home) and never went anywhere else. We settled on a Ford Edge Limited and were professionally taken care of by Sales person Bill Reed. On Saturday we went back for a second test drive and the showroom was bustling with happy customers. Bill Reed gave us such attention as if we were the only customers in the facility. His product knowledge and level of customer service was outstanding and I highly recommend both Bill and Shakers for your next vehicle purchase. Cindy, one of the business managers handled the registration and insurance. She was very efficient, friendly and professional. Sal, started us off on Friday before Bill. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and patient as well. Thank-you all for a wonderful shopping experience. The old "car salesman" reputation certainly does not exist with the staff at Shakers More
