i bought a car from them carfax was showing 2 accidents they said employee owned unit was having a baby which i found out later was a lie when i ran autocheck on it came back with frame damage which was no they said employee owned unit was having a baby which i found out later was a lie when i ran autocheck on it came back with frame damage which was not on the carfax i called them sales manger stated he didnt care because autocheck will 90 percent of all auctions and dealers use is false does not matter car is worth half what i paid for it so i have had to file a complaint with dmv inspector and dealing with this bs stay away More

At Volvo of Winston Salem online and a week later we brought home our new car. Salem was unbelievably accommodating in answering all questions over the phone or via text. She made us feel as if we were her most important customer from start to finish. She was 1 and 1/2 hours away but earned our business merely on her diligence and attention to our needs. Once at the dealership, I was just as impressed. The staff was fantastic and worked together seamlessly. William spent hours We me teaching me the ins and outs of our new vehicle. Purchase I had the opportunity to work with the team at Volvo Winston- Salem last week and had a wonderful experience. It is apparent why they are #1 in customer service as I arrived at 7:45pm which was 15 minutes prior to closing. I was assured that someone would be with me shortly. Please note that my super salesman Kyle did a great job with sharing information about the vehicle and he was willing to stay late to take me on a test drive. I am pleased to say I became a member of the Volvo family and it was a team effort as I was in contact with several members of their team including the owners of the establishment. Since my purchase I've had follow up calls to ensure that i was satisfied with my purchase and to answer any question that i might have. It is without reservation that I recommend this dealership as they are great to work with, the finance department was impressive, and they have a product that is outstanding. We live several hours away from dealership however they delivered the car in top shape to our front door and made the purchasing of our vehicle seamless. There hasn't been a day that my wife hasn't put the top down and cursed the coastline. We love the vehicle and hope Volvo makes a new convertible in near future.
