Great Experience overall I initially felt like I was getting the runaround at my local Volvo dealership. After giving them a day or so to agree on things, I called Volvo of t I initially felt like I was getting the runaround at my local Volvo dealership. After giving them a day or so to agree on things, I called Volvo of the Triad. I spoke with Salem Kirby and the initial numbers she gave me were better than the numbers I received from my local dealership (and I never mentioned those numbers to her). We negotiated completely over the phone and agreed on numbers very quickly and without pressure. It was not just the numbers that put me at ease, but the fact that she made the process feel very transparent. There were no games, which is what I was trying to avoid. Once I arrived (I live about 1.5 hours away), I did not have a bad interaction with anyone. William Robertson took me for a test drive and taught me everything I could ever want to know about the vehicle. It was obvious he knew the product extremely well. My experience with James in finance was great. It was very straight forward, no pressure. The electronic system to sign the paperwork was a nice touch as well. Overall, a great experience with a great dealership. I will certainly be going back for my next vehicle. More
