He sent the options we asked for and then sent even better options that we appreciated Wing did a great job helping us find the right vehicle for us. He sent the options we asked for and then sent even better options that we appreciated. He knew what we needed and got us something better at a better price. Due to COVID-19, it was a different experience but he still spent time, while wearing a facemask and gloves, to show us how the vehicle operated and walk us through all the buttons on his day off no less. We knew exactly what we wanted in our Subaru Ascent and we have been researching cars of interest for almost a year. My husband worked with Wing Yip. Wing gave my husband the information he wanted in a very timely manner. My husband requested options for financing and Wing produced the numbers quickly and in a clear concise way to help us make a quick decision. Working with Wing we were able to take our new car home within close to a week from initial inquiry. Honestly, it’s by far, the best car buying experience we have EVER had. Brandon Fraikes in finance was also excellent. He was pleasant, clear and concise on our options and very helpful with our decision making process. Thank you to both Wing and Brandon. Outstanding purchase experience! When we got to the dealership for our 5:15 appointment, Wing Yip was ready and waiting. He knew that my wife already owned a Five Star Subaru Outback When we got to the dealership for our 5:15 appointment, Wing Yip was ready and waiting. He knew that my wife already owned a Five Star Subaru Outback and that I was looking for a Crosstrek. He showed us a basic model and ask me what else I wanted on the car. We talked about it for a few minutes and then he took us to look at another vehicle. We bought the second car he showed us! Wing exhibited great customer interaction skills and outstanding product knowledge. Very impressive. The finance department, Mike, got us through the piles of paperwork quickly and efficiently. Both of these guys stayed late to make certain everything was perfect. I never expected to get that car purchased and delivered in one afternoon. You made a believer out of me. More
