Running a credit check for the reason of trying to get the bonus of credit check and using their financing when it was explained twice, once verbal and once in writing that we had pre approval and we’re not going to be using the dealers financing. But still presented is with their offer and rates, leading to a fiasco of finding original approval through our bank.

I was looking at a 2018 GMC Sierra online and started the conversation on the chat tab on the website. After I got some brief info that the truck was still available, Woody reached out. He was professional, and straight up. I am in sales myself, and when you get someone who knows their stuff and is straight shooter you feel comfortable beyond words. I hate making big purchases, but when I do I always want to make them with the right people. Also I rarely write reviews unless it is due. As soon as I test drove the vehicle and started speaking to Woody I can tell he was a real guy, with real advice, and really wanted to help me. He humanized the process so well. Woody Rogers and Gordon Jackson handled my purchase together and I am super stoked they did. All I can say is if you go to this dealership, ask for Woody and you won't regret it. I 10/10 enjoyed my experience and will be back.
