Overall Xander and Danah were good to work with. I'ts a dealership and they have the usual sales pushes and urgency for you to buy. With that being said Xander did work with me and my wife well, and I'ts a dealership and they have the usual sales pushes and urgency for you to buy. With that being said Xander did work with me and my wife well, and met all my expectations. He did not ride along on the test drive which I liked, and that gave us time to listen to the car and feel the ride better without someone asking how do you like it so far. He did understand why I wanted to do an inspection on the lift and made that happen. Where Summit employees could improve is on the communication of all the documents and anything else they will need from us for the sale and our trade in. We live out of town and we came back on the second day to finalize the sale. We have owned our vehicle for a few months now and good so far. Only thing I have done so far is a 60k mile differential fluid change and the oil change is next. More
