Customer service representative Yair Garrido provided service second to none! Absolute excellence. A rarity in Miami. Please see to it he’s commended. The success of a business are directly tied to the actions & decisions taken by those individuals representing said establishment. I work for a hospital where the decisions I make affect the life safety of o we 600 bodies. That being said, I must adhere to a work ethic which leaves zero room for error. Yair co ducted himself & assisted me in the same manner. I am grateful to have had his assistance & would appreciate that he be made aware of this fact. Make no mistake! Although the staff is very nice, I am disappointed it took 6 weeks to fix my vehicle - huge inconvenience to be without my Yukon for 6 weeks and also cost me extra expenses. Much of that time, my vehicl took 6 weeks to fix my vehicle - huge inconvenience to be without my Yukon for 6 weeks and also cost me extra expenses. Much of that time, my vehicle sat there - when they did say it was repaired, when I got it back, it wasn’t and it had to go back to the dealership- another headache - More

He is very nice -but the service was poor.
